Willamette Berry Pie Loose Leaf Tea
A unique tea featuring locally grown Oregon haskap (honey berries) which come from Japan and have been carefully cultivated in Oregon by Dr. Maxine Thompson of OSU. With more antioxidants than a blueberry it pairs lovely with some cinnamon, cardamom, rose petals, vanilla and orange peel to make this lovely tea. One would think they are drinking berry pie from a cup, quite a healthy dessert! We love ours with local raw honey!

Color and Flavor Profile
Brew's up a beautiful light pinkish color from the rose petals and berries with a golden amber touch. Vanilla is the first striking flavor and then as it steeps it takes on a green tea and lightly tart berry flavor finished off by the sweet flavor put off by the rose petals.
