Every month a new V.I.P. blend is crafted just for our tea club members. Teas that will NOT be available in our farm store or any where else. Unless of course by V.I.P. tea club member request! All teas feature Oregon grown ingredients, blended in small batches, with love from down on our farm. Some times even grown on our farm!
Q. When do orders ship?
A. Orders will ship out on the weekday closest to the 6th of each month. They are shipped via USPS Priority Mail in our signature kraft bubble mailer. If you subscribe after the 6th your first shipment will come the following month. EXAMPLE: Subscription placed December 7th, first shipment will arrive the week of January 7th.
Q. How does Billing work?
A. Billing will reoccur on the day that you originally purchased the subscription whether it be monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually until you cancel your subscription. So if you order October 2nd, your monthly bill would take place on November 2nd, for a 3 month Subscription Jan. 2nd, 6 month subscription on April 2nd and one year on October 2nd the following year. Accounts may be managed on the subscription page in the membership area.
Q. What all comes with my subscription?
A. Each month you get a surprise monthly tea, approx. 1-2 oz (8-12 cups). Most teas will be herbal with a few caffeinated teas in-between but our specialTEA are herbal teas! If you can not tolerate any caffeine please email us after you subscribe and we will make a note making sure to substitute an herbal tea. Also included is a sample of one of the teas from our farm store & a surprise treat (tea time snack, herbal care or other goodie). Don't forget the brewing instructions, special videos, recipes and pairings in our members only area! As well as our private online community of sippers, so you can chat with other local tea lovers!
Q. Is it possible to send a subscription as a gift?
A. YES! Our tea subscription makes a lovely gift for any tea connoisseur! Simply select the "I Want to Gift Tea" button to the right and fill out the information accordingly.
Q. What about returns and if the tea sent is not "my cup of tea"?
A. Due to the nature of our small batches and in order to make these limited edition blends available we do not except returns on subscription teas. We recommend that if that month's tea just isn't your cup, then pass it on to a friend, family member or co-worker you feel might enjoy it! We will have a new and exciting blend the next month. We are always open to flavor suggestions, just send them here.
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. Subscriptions many be canceled in the Tea Subscription Members Area Here by clicking on the cancel button. 3 month, 6 month and 12 month subscriptions may only be canceled before they renew since they are non refundable and not able to be pro-rated.
Q. What if I love a blend and want more?
A. Most of the teas in our subscription are limited edition, blended one time just for our subscribers! If a particular tea is rather popular and in high demand we may look at offering it year around in our farm store depending on the availability of the local ingredients. The great news is you get to be part of that voice, via the Facebook group you are welcome to share you love of your favorite blends. Also if there is an abundance of a particular blend we will offer additional purchases through the private Facebook group.
